A PRIVATE WORKING EXPERIENCE · CATSKILLS
The Clearing
You have a "Someday" list.
This is where it gets made.
Two days, 1:1, in the Catskills. A balance of deep focus work and reconnection with yourself. Customized to each person.
2.5 hours from NYC
THE MOVE YOU KEEP PUTTING OFF
There's a move you keep meaning to make.
It slides to next quarter, every quarter. Another year of almost.
There's never a room quiet enough to do it.
The Clearing is that room.
WHAT IT IS
Two days built around one move

Two days at a mountain-view home in the Catskills with an experienced coach. The whole thing is built around one important move you came to make.
The best ideas rarely show up while you're grinding away at the problem. They show up when you step away and get out of your head (it's why we have great ideas in the shower or on a walk). These two days are built to move between focused work and real time away from it, on purpose.
Much of the time is heads-down, building something you need to create. The rest is spent on activities like visiting the apiary, a hike to a waterfall, or learning to bake sourdough or try embroidery.

YOUR COACH
Jaime Ellis
Jaime has 17+ years of experience across leadership, business, and coaching. She has led inside organizations as a VP, built two successful businesses of her own, and spent the last 7 years coaching executives and teams as a PCC-credentialed coach with the ICF. She knows the pressure from the executive's chair and the realities of building from the founder's.

She has designed private VIP days for executive clients for years. The Clearing opens that work to a select handful of people, from her home in the Catskills.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Two days, real return
01
A real reset. Two days of quiet, time outside, and mountain air, away from the everyday noise.
02
The thing built. A real first version of it, done on site, such as an offer, AI workflows, or a scaling plan.
03
Your next steps, written down and scheduled.
04
A short follow-up session about four weeks later to keep it moving.
05
More forward motion in two days than the last six months of intention.
Is this for you?
Who it's for
-
A founder sitting on a next move: a new offer, a pivot, AI that supports their workflows.
-
An executive carrying a decision or challenge that needs a quiet space to think through.
-
A leader who wants to bring up to three members of their team to build something together.
Who it's not for
-
Anyone without a specific move in mind. You must have something real to build, launch, or decide.
-
Anyone after a spa weekend. This is restful, and it's a deep working experience.
-
Someone who wants answers handed to them. You must be ready to do the work.
THE SETTING
I first came to the Catskills to get away from the city. What was meant to be temporary became the place I grew the most. I think more clearly here. I sleep more deeply. I finally built the things I'd been putting off for years. And then, it became home. The Clearing is my way of sharing that with you.
— Jaime
The Clearing takes place at a mountain-view home in the Catskills, about 2.5 hours from NYC. Green in every direction, including a 1,400 square foot garden with organic food you can pick, a fountain, and a small apiary.
