ELEVATE combines expert coaching, practical frameworks, AI instruction to reinforce and apply material, and cross-industry peer learning to help mid-level female leaders expand in three critical areas: concise communication, executive presence, and credible influence.

IDEAL PARTICIPANTS

Mid-level female leaders who:

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • Duration: 5 months (February - June 2026)

  • Cohort: 4-8 participants from different industries

  • Group Sessions: (5) 90-min sessions with tailored curriculum 

    • 10–11:30 ET: 2/24; 3/24; 4/21; 5/19; 6/23 

  • 1:1 Coaching: (3) private sessions to focus on growth areas of choice

Identify the pattern behind the most persistent confidence gap. Highperforming
women tend to attribute accomplishments to luck or timing while internalizing setbacks as personal failures.

  • Create a foundation for self-advocacy throughout the program

Session 2: Voice & Influence

Navigate the narrow path between "too soft" and "too aggressive" and move beyond passive hedging or defensiveness towards authenticity.

  • See when you default to passive, aggressive, or assertive patterns

  • Build a personal voice statement to anchor how you show up

  • Techniques to respond strategically in difficult moments

Session 3: Say More With Less (Headlines Framework)

Master the proprietary 3-part structure that helps you better lead conversations, advocate for ideas, and communicate confidently with executives. The most widely used framework among all participants.

Session 4: Personal Narrative
